We are looking down through the top of a circular atrium into the corridor below. The lino flooring has large pale circles on, one inside another, looking similar to an eye. The central colour is beige or sandy brown, the outer circle is burgundy with the furthest away a duck egg blue. There is a man in a royal blue t shirt and grey trousers walking through the centre of the picture at speed- he is slightly blurred. The picture is framed by the white circular structure of the upper floor.
